Good location near waterfront, shopping, restaurants, and museums. Terrace rooms with private bathroom, breakfast included. No free parking but free options nearby. Hotel a little dated but has what you need. Decent breakfast buffet. Convenient place to stay in city.

I had a great stay at 4th Floor. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to most attractions. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was functional, although the water did have a slight sulfur smell/taste. Nonetheless, it was not a major inconvenience. The breakfast included with the room was a nice touch and saved me money on expensive Icelandic food later in the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable rooms, and good value.

It made our trip to Reykjavik a nice experience. Continental breakfast was savoury and gorgeous, enjoyed its service.

This hotel is located right on the main street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot. The fact that it's on the fourth floor of a building also ensures a peaceful stay away from street noise. Additionally, the breakfast included in the room rate offers a wide range of options, including numerous hot items and a good selection of other choices.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Hip new, clean place, everything was amazing, including staff and location. The room was budget with extremely comfy beds. The breakfast was included. A little less than 5 minutes' walk to bus station. We enjoyed our stay.

Additionally, the beds in our room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the cleanliness of the hotel. the room could have been cleaner, with areas of dust that were noticeable.

The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it is right on the main shopping street which takes you to all the tourist areas. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located above a bus stop, making it easy to get around the city and explore further.
